Equinox Switchblade Amplifier

The Equinox Switchblade is a vintage-inspired, 32 watt amplifier designed for the modern recording studio.  The hand wired circuitry inside this two channel, all-tube combo is inspired by the infamous Selmer Zodiac 30 combo and draws on the design language of vintage Supro Amplifiers. 

The combination of the Selmer inspired tone circuit, a tube complement of 3 12AX7 pre-amp tubes and 4 6L6 GC power tubes, through a 12 inch speaker (50 Watts RMS) give this amp a voice that is distinctly punchy and articulate.  The Switchblade also features a lush spring reverb designed to rival 60's Fender amplifiers.  At 32 watts, the Switchblade is ideal for both recording and gigging.  A built-in power attenuator allows for bedroom practice at 6 watts and greater tube saturation at either 6 or 16 watts.
